You are free to initiate a return within 14 days of receipt whenever you are not satisfied with the product, but we will charge 30% of order value as restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return, all returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused and with original tags and packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. In case of item return, please send back the parcel within 30 days.

For cancellation, you are entitled to initiate a cancellation within 2 days from order confirmation day.

In case of damage in transit, please make sure to upload a picture of the product with the original package, a picture of the whole product, and a picture of the damaged part.

Whether the request is rejected or approved, we will respond by email. In case you are not satisfied with the result, welcome to respond to the email and our client concierge team will follow up accordingly.

Item missing or damaged shall be reported within 48 hours since receiving. For report beyond that, LOADINGHOME is not liable for compensation or replacement and reserves all the rights for the final explanation.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Before dispatch, LOADINGHOME will carefully check and pack your product, and this process might take up to 2~4 days.

Standard Shipping is carried by ferry, and from dispatch to landing in your shipping country, there is limited tracking information the carrier can provide. Please rest assured that your order is progressing. Depending on the ferry schedule, this process takes from 3-5 weeks.

Express Shipping is done by air transport. According to the air transportation schedule, this process takes 1~2 weeks.

Dispatch is included in delivery lead time, and once it is handed cover to LOADINGHOME's delivery partners, your order will become trackable and tracking link will be sent by email or sms. Therefore don't worry in case you only receive order confirmation email since we are preparing your parcel for dispatch.
